As Creative Lead, I directed a UI team to design a Microsoft Teams-integrated app that synchronizes employee office bookings with managerial shift and floor coverage tools. The primary challenge involved retrofitting new, complex functionalities into a finalized design while successfully adapting a desktop-optimized interface for mobile users. By collaborating closely with developers, I ensured a streamlined integration that preserved the existing architecture, allowing us to strategically phase features to maintain project momentum and usability.
