I streamlined the design of a unified internal platform for Walgreens, consolidating fragmented HR and operational tasks into a single, cohesive app for 8,000+ employees. By implementing a modular, card-based UI, I delivered a personalized experience tailored to diverse roles—from pharmacy staff to corporate leadership—across both mobile and desktop. This strategic redesign eliminated system fragmentation and achieved a 20% increase in employee efficiency within the first three months of launch.

Nationwide Intranet Revamp UX Research

I led the UX research for Nationwide’s intranet redesign, transforming a legacy platform serving 25,000+ employees. Through stakeholder workshops, card sorting, and in-depth interviews, I uncovered a critical tension: while the system was objectively outdated, a long-tenured workforce felt a deep emotional attachment to its familiarity. By pivoting to a hybrid design strategy, I balanced essential legacy features with modern UX enhancements and a strategic change management plan. As Creative Lead, I directed a UI team to design a Microsoft Teams-integrated app that synchronizes employee office bookings with managerial shift and floor coverage tools. The primary challenge involved retrofitting new, complex functionalities into a finalized design while successfully adapting a desktop-optimized interface for mobile users.
